Italian Meatloaf Parmesan 1 lb. lean ground beef ½ c. prepared spaghetti sauce, divided ½ c. dry bread crumbs ½ c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped 1 egg, beaten 1 t. Italian seasoning Using your hands mix together beef, half the spaghetti sauce, bread crumb, half the cheese, onion, egg and Italian seasoning in a medium mixing bowl. Shape into loaf and place in a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with remaining spaghetti sauce and cheese. Bake for an hour and 10 minutes to desired doneness. During baking, use baster to remove excess grease from pan. Serve with a good crusty bread.
